Elder Timothy Paul Williams was born in Oakland California, in 1975. Is the husband of one loving wife, Katina Williams, and is the proud father of three strapping sons, that all love the Lord. He grew up attending the acclaimed Ray E. Mack Christian Academy until the tenth grade when he transferred to Skyline high school. As a child many people took notice that there was something different and very unusual about Timothy. One day during a shut-in at the church his family attended something miraculous happened, as he watched his mother  cry out praising the Lord, he began to praise the Lord like she was, and the spirit of the Lord took him over. Tears began rolling down his cheek, he lifted his hands in complete surrender and worship to God. That day he came into the knowledge and presence of the Lord. he was four years old. The legendary Apostle Mack had never seen the spirit of the Lord move so profoundly on someone that young, Apostle Mack called him out and prayed for him. The spirit of the Lord rested on him ever more. Throughout his life time it was not his various jobs with Amtrak, Cal Trans, Bart, or as a Chief of security that qualified him as a man of God, It was the Lord almighty that appointed him to be as the watchman on the wall at East Oakland Faith Deliverance Center. Where he faithfully serves as the assistant Pastor with and under the leadership of his Anointed Father and Pastor Albert G. Williams.
